Refund policy

Thistle And Tweed wish every customer to be happy with their purchase and if you are not or just have a change of mind, please feel free to return any parcels to our returns address within 30 days unused and with tags and original packaging. Full refund or exchange will be offered but return postage is paid by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used. Any queries about any returns please feel free to contact us, we appreciate feedback to help us offer a good service. We recommend you obtain proof of postage in the unlikely event your parcel was to go missing then your parcel can be tracked.

Please be aware as the UK is no longer part of the EU a duty tax may be added to your order and this varies depending which country you are ordering from, which Thistle + Tweed does not pay but the customer does, we include tax into the price of all our goods as a VAT registered company but do not pay a customers Duty Tax upon any order.
