Delivery Information:

Thistle and Tweed will promptly post your order and if any items are out of stock we will contact you with the delivery date.

For UK deliveries Royal Mail ask to allow 1-2 working days for first class post of all size of parcels and for oversees deliveries they ask for you to allow 2-4 working days. 

Returns:

Thistle And Tweed wish every customer to be happy with their purchase and if your not or just have a change of mind please feel free to return any parcels to our returns address within 14 days unused and with tags and original packaging. Full refund or exchange will be offered but return postage is paid by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used. Any queries about any returns please feel free to contact us, we appreciate feedback to help us offer a good service. We recommend you obtain proof of postage in the unlikely event your parcel was to go missing then your parcel can be tracked.

Returns from overseas must be clearly marked 'RETURNS' so that no Duty Tax & Import Tax will not need to be paid.  If the customer does not do this any costs incurred by Thistle And Tweed will be taken from the return payment.

Please be aware there are customs duty in some countries on orders and each country varies - it is up to the customer to pay this and if you are unsure please get in touch and we will explain the amount for your country - too many to list them here!
